With a background in exercise science and human performance, combined with experience as a Head Cross Country Coach and Track & Field Distance Coach, I am committed to helping athletes and individuals improve endurance, build confidence, and achieve long-term success through structured training and purposeful progression.
My coaching philosophy is built on evidence-based training principles, long-term athlete development, and the belief that meaningful progress comes through consistency, patience, and intentional effort.

My academic background in Exercise & Sports Science with a concentration in Clinical Exercise Science provided a foundation in exercise physiology, biomechanics, human performance, fitness assessment, and evidence-based exercise programming.

My graduate studies in Management & Leadership strengthened my skills in communication, leadership, mentorship, and organizational development. These principles continue to influence my coaching approach by emphasizing accountability, discipline, goal setting, and long-term personal growth.
As a coach, I believe success is built through consistency, commitment, and strong leadership—both in training and in everyday life.
